Popular Indian fast casual arrives in bustling North Carolina’s Research Triangle, building brand momentum in 2022 with several new locations on the horizon

As seasoned operators of the Dunkin ‘and Baskin-Robbins franchises, the VAAP management team have recognized the value of operating a dual brand to reach consumers during different times of the day. They plan to open up the sister concept of Curry Up Now, Mortar pestle artisanal cocktail bar, alongside selected locations.

With dishes like Chicken Masala Burrito, Sexy Fries, Naughty Naan, and Deconstructed Samosa, Curry Up Now offers playful versions of traditional Indian street food and street snacks. Its flexible restaurant footprint is ideal for premier real estate and conversion options ranging from 1,300 to 3,500 square feet. The franchise group is currently researching and evaluating properties for its first two locations, with a focus on Morrisville and Research Triangle Park (RTP).
